		<description>I&#039;ve pretty- much come to terms I will keep eating all the  yummy things I love so much and will most likely only release that nagging &quot; I feel fat&quot; feeling through exercising my muscles.  It seems to be how my body works.  

I am not stressed as much as I used to be, but I certainly can relate to that feeling of wanting to control of feelings, as you mention.  When we address the feelings we are freed. I hope everyone will feed their emotional hunger and just be happy with the beautiful beings they were created to be.
