Yes, the Slim Forever CDs are different, in that they don&#039;t involve EFT. The Meditation CD is very relaxing and I&#039;ve gotten good feedback with people using it. The monthly interviews are with experts in the field of health, emotional eating and weight loss. It&#039;s helpful and interesting to hear advice from people who have written the books!

The question is - what did you do AFTER you lost the 20 lb.? And yes, core issues are definitely suspect here . . .</description>
