The part about mindfulness is really helpful, Carol. I have been so guilty lately of not paying attention to the details of just barging ahead and stuffing my face. I start paying attention thanks to this video. And hopefully eating less!

Fun to hear your voice -- nice and direct and sincere.

Carol -- This was a great video. Well worth the time! I love your voice. It's so easy to listen to. You outlined so many important things about overeating and diets. I personally really liked the suggestion to eat more mindfully.

I find when I'm under stress, I just push the food in my mouth without really noticing much about it. I had lunch after listening to this video. As it was late, usually I would rush through it.

This time I didn't. Instead, I took time to notice what I was eating. I did eat less and discovered I really don't like bananas very much! Thanks for tips in this video:~)
