Carol — This was a great video. Well worth the time! I love your voice. It’s so easy to listen to. You outlined so many important things about overeating and diets. I personally really liked the suggestion to eat more mindfully.

I find when I’m under stress, I just push the food in my mouth without really noticing much about it. I had lunch after listening to this video. As it was late, usually I would rush through it.

This time I didn’t. Instead, I took time to notice what I was eating. I did eat less and discovered I really don’t like bananas very much! Thanks for tips in this video:~)

The part about mindfulness is really helpful, Carol. I have been so guilty lately of not paying attention to the details of just barging ahead and stuffing my face. I start paying attention thanks to this video. And hopefully eating less!

Great webinar Carol! I have long been a fan of changing the way we think about ourselves and food instead of spending our lives on the diet roller coaster. Your CDs are really easy listening and great for reinforcing a healthy, happy mind set.
